There is plenty of time and opportunity to complete this before the break, if you are concerned about web access over the vacation.
Fill out all the information on the sheets, completly and correctly. I suggest that you complete each section at a single session. There are three parts, so that you do not have to spend a large amouunt of time, all at once.
