· Took and reviewed a quiz.
· Discussed the worksheets for the Nervous and Hormonal Regulation unit.
· Began the discussion of the Excretory system and water balance unit.
Coming up:
· Continue with the Excretory system and water balance.
· Unit test on nervous & endocrine system the week of 1/12/09. Monday or Tuesday, whichever day is the full block. Currently scheduled for Tuesday.
Homework:
· Review the notes.
· Finish writeup of the lab on Innate vs learned Behavior., due Friday.
· Study for upcoming test.
· Begin work on Excretion & water balance worksheet packet.

· Continued the discussion of the Excretory system and water balance unit. We discussed the liver, lungs, skin, and large intestine excretory functions. We started on the kidney, neuron and its associated structures. We began discussion of the nephron.
